Who We Are
Disciple of Christ Ministries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian organization that provides outreach and resources to inmates and their families throughout the United States, especially those who wish to accept Christ's free gift of salvation through grace by faith.
With our sister ministries and calls to expansion, we are also developing many other support systems to help anyone with a will to make a positive change in their life.
What We Do
Disciple of Christ Ministries reaches out to those who are lost, discouraged and rejected, even those in deepest darkness. For anyone seeking a better life after spending time in prison, we strive to provide encouragement, fellowship and guidance.
Through Pen Pals for Jesus, we connect Christian volunteer pen pals with inmates in desperate need of spiritual and emotional encouragement, bringing a small measure of light to the darkness.
The power of this support gives them the hope and faith to see that they are not forgotten, a chance to see that through Jesus Christ, they can become a new creation.
What Keeps Us Going
We are led and fed by the Holy Spirit, driven by our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, knowing that all things are possible through Him!
We are witnesses to His mercy and grace, living examples of sinners saved from darkness and sin. Our stories are offered as divine gifts to those who would believe in the transformative power of the Gospel and the endless depth of Jesus' love.
